We currently require a Project Administrator for a minimum 12 month contract to join a team working on a new large scale iron ore project based in the Perth CBD. Duties include: Provide support to Cost Controllers / Planners / Contracts Admins across project activities Monitor job cost against agreed rate and quotes Send out purchase orders in an accurate manner Reconcile payments Experience required: 5 years of relevant experience (of the duties stated above) Previously used SAP, CMS, and/or ARIBA Major project experience, iron ore and/or mining highly regarded A solid background in purchasing Exposure to cost control, planning, and contracts Ideally you will be available to start immediately To be considered, you must possess the following: Valid working rights in Australia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to go above-and-beyond, in a very fast paced environment, and unique culture Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and have a good eye for detail Those shortlisted will be contacted and ask to meet with LNG Recruitment.
