About the Role Practices collaboratively and provides leadership within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups. Provide specialist nursing and advanced health care knowledge, skills and ability specific to nursing informatics and digital transformation Utilise nursing informatics standards and knowledge to inform decision making and assessments of ieMR readiness, specifically for ieMR SurgiNet and SAA for perioperative services.
Provide oversight and work collaboratively with the relevant clinical and business stakeholders across the MNHSS facilities to develop and establish workflows for ieMR SurgiNet and SAA that improve business operations and complement accurate collation of data for reporting and improvement purposes; Assist in assessing and preparing the clinical environment for the introduction of new technology enablers. Assist in obtaining and managing data to measure the ieMR readiness status of clinical environments within the MNHHS facilities. Provide advice to inform reports, briefings, submissions and consultative documents relevant to the project.
Monitor, track, action and where required, escalate progress of the project at all stages of the project's development.
