Manager, Employer Relationships
Reporting to the Deputy Executive, Member & Employer Experience, this role will deliver the strategy to build and manage relationships with existing and new employers. This senior role will lead, coach, manage and develop a national team of Employer Relationship Managerâ€™s and will be responsible for the overall performance and ongoing development of this team as well as driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Employer Relationship team is responsible for building and optimising relationships with existing employers to ensure employers have the tools, knowledge and support to manage their super obligations quickly and easily, and to identify and facilitate the delivery of account plans that contribute to the retention and growth of Cbusâ€™ employer and membership base.
The successful candidate will possess 3 years experience developing and leading high performing teams within a fast past environment. Your ability to train, coach, lead and motivate a team of employees across various locations to achieve common goals will set you apart. In depth Superannuation industry knowledge along with tertiary qualifications and RG146 accreditation are required.
