Starting base salary of $45,000-$55,000 Plus superannuation (Negotiable on Experience) The Company… The company is a premier destination and specialist in providing hire solutions for access equipment, based in South Western Sydney. The group has increased their market share and are now seeking to employ a Graduate Business Analyst that will assisting in developing processes and mapping out procedures to accommodate and accomplish the company’s overall training and systems development goals.

The Position… This new position will require you to document the procedures of each employee (small team of 20) within the organization into "Promapp" software. Whilst documenting the processes you will be required to identify areas of potential improvement and provide feedback to management accordingly. Once procedures have all been documented correctly you will be required to implement changes identified and provide training in the new processes and procedures.

As the company grows and changes your role will be to update the processes in Promapp and continually train our team to ensure everyone is working in accordance with company procedures. Further Responsibilities Include: Assist the accounting team to monitor employee’s performance in relation to key performance indicators. Other duties as determined by management.

Contribute to team efforts by collaborating and accomplishing results. The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have been trained in business process development and documentation. Must be a self-starter and be able to manage their own time to achieve managements goals.

Experience in process design software would also be highly advantageous. Furthermore: Tertiary qualification in a related field. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
