Job Description: The incumbent position of Business Development Manager is responsible to: Develop a business strategy for customers- create an Account plan for key client Analyse the size of market, profitability, major players and their relative competitive positions Strategize positioning for winning high probability prospects Develop â€˜Go-to-marketâ€™ strategies Identify constituency needs, develop plans to address those needs and showing value.
Conduct regular senior calls and meetings at delivery head levels to understand the customer strategy to identify future trends, immediate opportunities. Enable implementation of marketing programs Provide direction for creation of optimal business models. Review marketing and domain offering collaterals.
Mentor consultative selling strategies for new opportunities To provide a solution/opportunity conversion & Bid management. Network with External business/Group units Manage BID/NO BID decisions and undertake BPO capability assessment Review all proposals to ensure they are in line with organizational objectives and focus Network with Internal Business Unit heads. Drive thought leadership on customer expectations Decide way ahead on low yield or less profitable projects Ensure Client visits are well managed Ensure validation and building solutions around identified opportunities in existing accounts How to apply: To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
