Your new role As Course Coordinator for the college's Community Services programs you will be responsible for managing the successful ongoing delivery of both diploma and bachelors courses in community services. You will be a hands-on leader with excellent program administration and organisational skills, proven record in delivery of education in community services, and experience leading, supporting and supervising educators in best practice.
You will be responsible for all academic staffing matters, coordination of program delivery, and ensuring an excellent student experience. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will: Hold a post graduate degree in community services or related welfare discipline Preferably hold, or be willing to complete a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Current expert knowledge and skills in Vocational and Higher Education learning that informs their training and assessment Proven experience in a people leadership capacity Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
