Contracts Administrator - Port Macquarie



Your new company This leading tier 2 commercial builder are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a permanent opportunity to based in the vibrant offices in Port Macquarie. Your new role In this role you'll be responsible for: Developing comprehensive tender packages and releasing to sub-contractors Reviewing submissions and negotiating terms of contract Finalising contract and engaging sub-contractors and suppliers Reviewing and approval of claims and variations Resolving any contract disputes Final close out of contracts What you'll need to succeed Degree qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with 5-10 years' experience in a similar role Experience in large commercial building projects with the ability to manage contracts from procurement stage through to close-out Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to build a strong working relationships with stakeholders across the project Previous D&C experience preferred Cheops experience preferred Current driver's license What you'll get in return Join a leading tier 2 builder Ongoing career opportunities following the completion of this project Attractive salary package on offer What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Kooky McCallum on (02) 4925 3663 to discuss further.
