Your new role You will be learning about banking products, services and processes from the first day you start.
By working in the inbound contact centre, you will be developing in the most progressive department in the company, and you'll be able to liaise with multiple areas in the business. Whilst doing all this, you'll be making a difference by delighting people everyday through your customer service.
