Your new role The role will be a hybrid role, the candidate will be required to manage existing relationships with national accounts whilst actively growing the territory and identifying new business.
Based out of the head office in South East Melbourne you will manage National Customers located in Victoria, interstate travel will be required roughly one in four weeks. You will be responsible for: Creating and executing plans to increase territory productivity, increasing order numbers, revenue and margin across all products sold. Recognise new market opportunities and nurture these to grow the market base.
Fostering existing customer relationships and forging new ones. Cultivating accounts with high levels of customer activity to further sales. Compile data on sales performance, ascertain projections and deliver these to the Business Manager.
Negotiating pricing in order to both increase margins and business. Documenting all metrics in the CRM. What you'll need to succeed A degree in the field of Science.
Experience in the sales market. The ability to occupy a 'hunter' sales role. A full Victorian Driving Licence.
