This role is part of a collaborative team, where your proactive, resourceful and practical approach will be highly valued. You will be responsible for: Managing a busy switchboard Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail General housekeeping Other miscellaneous admin duties as directed What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a confident, polished and highly professional assistant with a warm and engaging personality. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone manner, strong skills using Microsoft Office and a customer service focus.
