Duties you can expect to be performing are: Managing and directing busy switchboards Setting up / Preparing Boardrooms Data Entry ranging from high end Construction firms to Boutique Real Estate agencies Providing administrative support to team members Responding to general enquiries over the phone and email Maintaining the front office and lunch room to presentable standards Other Ad Hoc duties as required What You'll Need to Succeed We are looking for candidates who are seeking temporary positions. You will be a candidate that has impeccable customer service skills and strong administration experience. Candidates who hold an Agents Representative Certificate are encouraged to apply.
