Our helpdesk is a small professional team who are looking for like-minded bright and reliable people to assist in coordinating field technicians. PRESTON Inbound Customer Service - No Sales Full Time Casual (Mon-Fri) 2PM - 10PM Police Check required 6 month contract role with a view to permanency Immediate start Our helpdesk is a small professional team who are looking for like-minded bright and RELIABLE people to assist in level 1 technical support and coordinating field technicians. In this role you will manage on average 80 calls per day with NO OUTBOUND sales calls.

The successful candidates will be very well presented with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Phone manner is extremely important and your referees will be contacted to ensure reliability and capability. Previous background in the following will be well regarded:- Customer Service Microsoft Office Computer literate Time management ability, professionalism and a commitment to the success of the company will ensure you are considered for this role.
