Accounts Payable Officer



The focus of this role will be focusing on coding and processing a high volume of invoices for payment - problem solving any issues with invoices The Company This is rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join this progressive organisation. The Role Reporting into the Financial Controller this role will be varied but will include: Processing a high invoices for payment including approving, coding and payment runs Liaising with suppliers Liaising with internal Manages to ensure invoices are approved and coded correctly Preparing supplier statements Bank reconciliation Account reconciliation Assisting with preparation of monthly accounts You The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts role with high volume accounts payable processing ( end to end) experience Good reconciliation Strong problem solving skills Intermediate Word & Excel skills and good systems skills A flexible, can-do attitude – this is a progressive company and the company is looking for like-minded applicants In return you will receive the following; An attractive salary package The opportunity to join an exciting but stable growing organisation Be part of a small cohesive finance team with support from the leadership team The opportunity to work close to home If this sounds like you, please apply NOW.
