Your new role Manage the team to achieve all elements of plan (customer, business optimisation, financial/risk management, process quality/consistency, employee/culture) Build employee capability to ensure an efficient delivery for an excellent client experience Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements Demonstrate ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of processes to optimise team performance whilst ensuring an integrated outcome within and across teams Represent the team at functional / stakeholder forums Provide strong leadership, coaching and drive accountability of staff to ensure exceptional customer and banker experience is consistently delivered Lead the team to ensure adherence to business processes and all operational requirements are met. Develop and manage the performance and capability of direct reports and the team to create a high performing coaching culture through monitoring time, energy and resources of the team and lead, coach and engage them to deliver outstanding team performance.
Ensure adherence to Advice framework and Incident Remediation process, and is instrumental in driving change to meet changing requirement needs What you'll need to succeed You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have: RG146 Qualified: Generic Knowledge, Life Insurance, Superannuation Relevant tertiary degree such as Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting (Preferred) High level of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment Financial services experience preferred Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable to change Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
