Customer Service Representative
Your new company One of Australia's big 4 banks is now looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in the Melbourne CBD office on a 6-month contract with possibility to go permanent. Your new role You will be responsible for managing calls of client enquiries in relations to deceased estate liaising regularly with customers, legal representatives and branches. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service and enhancing the client's experience through conversations, managing complaints and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will have a genuine customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, empathise and to provide tailored solutions to every customer. You will also demonstrate: Professional communication skills and strong ability to build rapport Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve challenges that may arise Previous experience in a similar customer service environment such as retail, hospitality or call centre. Successful candidates will ideally be flexible in their availability to work with the contact centre operating Monday through to Friday between the hours of 8.
30am and 6.30pm. All successful applicants will need to be able to provide two referees and complete a background check.
