$145,000 - $160,000 First Year OTE High end commercial projects - Hospitality, Government & Residential Opportunity to drive the NSW commercial division Company Our Client is a proud Australian organisation specialising in high end natural stone & tiles for multiple applications including bathrooms and kitchens. They have built a reputation synonymous with quality and are now seeking to build on their consistent growth by adding to their commercial sales team in Sydney. Role As Senior Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the NSW General Manager and be responsible for developing new business with Architects & Designers, Property Developers and Asset Managers in Sydney.
You new employer has strong background securing high end commercial projects within Hospitality, Multi Residential and Government industries. You will be tasked to build on this success by leveraging on your strong existing network within this space and building on a loyal existing account base. You will be internally driven to secure new business and be able to operate autonomously.
You will work collaboratively with your internal team to ensure the projects are delivered from inception through to completion. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will require the following: Extensive contacts with Property Developers, Asset Managers and the NSW A&D Community Strong background selling a high-end Architectural products including Stone, Lighting or Furniture Proven track record developing commercial projects and surpassing revenue targets High degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded for your hard efforts.
