Employment Type : Temporary Full Time Position Classification : Health Mgr Lvl 2 Remuneration : $97,812 - $116,013 Hours Per Week : 38 Requisition ID : REQ132870 Applications Close: Wednesday, 13 November 2019 What you'll be doing The position will design, develop, implement and evaluate learning initiatives and solutions to improve the management, leadership and organisational capability of employees. The role will work with the Manager Learning & Development to implement strategic options to support the organisation through cultural change and workplace reform and to strengthen staff support. As internal consultant, liaise with managers and senior executive to identify learning needs and develop interventions including a variety of modes of delivery eg: face-to-face, online and blended delivery approaches.

A specific focus of the position will be on leadership, electronic learning and performance development. This is a temporary full time position for a period for up to approximately 18 months with possible extension. Expected start date is ASAP.

As this is a temporary appointment you will be provided with one months’ notice if the appointment is to cease prior to this date. Total remuneration package valued at $128,590 (including salary $97,812pa to $116,013pa, annual leave loading and employer’s contribution to superannuation). Salary packaging arrangements providing additional benefits are also available.

This position is located at NSW Ambulance State Headquarters in Rozelle. Appointment to this position is subject to a satisfactory conduct and services check, which includes referee/supervisor check, a review of National Police Check and review of Service Check Register. A review of sick leave, ability to undertake full duties of the position and clearance from Legal, Regulatory & Professional Standards will be conducted for employees of NSW Health and NSW Ambulance. NSW Ambulance employees subject to an ECP.
