Service Desk Analyst

Due to ongoing initiatives the organisation requires an experienced customer service focused leader to provide assistance to their desk on a flexible contract. Your new role Your job as a Service Desk Analyst will be working in a busy and prestigious environment, providing customer and IT support.
This will range from taking phone calls, direct assistance, and technical support. What you'll need to succeed As well as experience in a level 1 IT support desk/ analyst role, you will need to possess the following skills/experiences: Excellent communication and phone etiquette Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 Pristine presentation Active Directory Knowledge of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) highly regarded Comfortable working with VIP members Printers and AVP equipment What you'll get in return You will be working with a reputable Government Organisation and, if successful, opportunity to go perm is available.
