This is a great place to work Your new role This is a flexible part time job where you'll support the business during peak times in customer demand. First and foremost, you'll be responsible for efficiently dealing with customer enquiries, making a difference for people every day by; Connecting with customers through a personalised service, building rapport and trust by being open and honest. Educating customers with services and products that could improve their financial situation Collaborating with other areas of the business to deliver efficient customer service Continuously learning about banking products so you can add value to customers and develop your personal skills What you'll need to succeed Available for a minimum of 20 hrs p/week and able to offer flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak times You must be available for 4-6 weeks full time training 9-5 from 2nd December Customer focused experience from hospitality, sales, retail, fast food, contact centre, finance or other Be someone who genuinely enjoys going above and beyond for customers Excellent communication skills What you'll get in return Flexible 4 hour shifts across a variety of days (Mon-Fri) and times (8am-9pm) to suit your needs Above market pay rate of $33.
