Description The role is key to the smooth operation of the Brisbane office: Responsible for front of office reception duties (phones, mail, couriers Data entry using Pronto accounting Software Provide general administration support for wider office Arrange meeting room bookings Entering daily dockets Assist with with quotes job creation and invoicing Communicating with suppliers Coordinate office and social club events Profile Must have 2 yearsâ€™ administration experience Similar industry experience advantageous but not essential Ability to manage day to day issues without direct intervention Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with a proven ability to multi-task Friendly demeanour and outgoing personality is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and Outlook Strong communication skills are critical Job Offer Competitive hourly rate Situated by local cafÃ©s and restaurants Dynamic office environment This is a temporary opportunity working Monday to Friday (7.30am - 4.30pm) To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
