Level 2 Service Desk Analyst
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support users of the various Departments systems. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with strong communication and problem solving skills, with a passion for serving customers and ensuring that their objectives are met. Deliverables include, but are not limited to: User documentation Change requests Work orders Knowledge base articles.
Standard operating procedures Skills and experience required: Experience working in a fast-paced Service Desk (Help Desk) role or similar Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management capabilities A proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes in high pressure environments under tight timeframes Be highly motivated and organised, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Knowledge and experience using Windows desktop operating systems including Windows 7 & 10 Experience in supporting the Microsoft Office Suite ITIL Foundation and experience leading/managing teams is highly desirable Australian Citizenship required.
