Our client is a National leading lender that offers both business and personal needs, they are looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager to join their Queensland team to help grow their business and service their customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and consistently maintain an introducer base capable of providing opportunities for generation of quality business in line with origination targets. Identify acceptable new Introducers for accreditation.

Maintain awareness of the companies and competitors within the market. Ensure timely reporting of any departmental issues and performance to the State Sales Manager. Manage the processes and procedures applicable between Brokers and Company.

Champion risk management practices through identification, accountability and resolution of risk issues. Identify referral opportunities across Commercial and Business Finance products to realise our broader company objectives.
