About the Role As the Brand Manager for a number of well-established and growing categories, leading a market leading brand and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the brand end to end, with a focus on brand strategy based in consumer insights and research, building a robust NPD pipeline, and developing comms to drive brands further.
Duties Turning insights into actionable brand strategy, focused on building further growth through innovation and increasing penetration across key win categories; Lead a detailed strategic review of the brand, the categories and competitors to understand the future brand positioning and brand offering; Redevelop and drive a sophisticated NPD Pipeline for future growth, rooted in consumer insights and customer needs; and With an increasing focus on digital communication strategies, managing your A&P budget to build engaging and consumer centric marketing campaigns to enhance the brand. Skills & Experience For this role, we are ideally seeking an established Brand Manager candidate who has demonstrated strong commercial acumen and has a passion for new product development. You will be skilled in driving strategy from consumer insights.
