Whitty Engineering in Mount Gambier is seeking an experienced Office Manager who is willing and able to perform a range of tasks autonomously as well as part of team. Duties: Office Administration and Support to Director in the day to day running of the Office Job Management Data entry Accounts payable and Receivable Conducting data integrity checks Payroll Other financial and administrative duties as required. Requirements: Previous experience in either Office Management or Administration in a trade industry Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, have excellent time management and communication skills Must have advanced experience in MYOB Premier or MYOB EXO Must be able to work under pressure and have a can-do attitude Possess a professional manner, strong work ethic and reliability Ability to bring value through experience To apply contact Gramac Solutions Email: infogramac.
