ABOUT THE CLIENT The client we are working for is a well established hotel with a fine dining restaurant. Being one of the oldest hotels in Australia opening in the early 1800's they are rich with history. They are a family run venue who encourages team work and a supportive environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE The role is for an experienced head chef or a sous with the relevant experience. They must have fine dining experience as they will be working in a paddock to the plate environment that serves high CPS. The venue has a hotel attached which brings a local crowd in.
