Job Description Foster Engagement Productivity About the Job You will be an experienced Pastry chef who enjoys both a creative challenge and who likes to provide consistently high standards of corporate catering options within a corporate high end environment. With a wealth of culinary knowledge you will assist the chef in producing modern plated desserts, morning tea and afternoon tea items. Offering a great work life balance with mostly Monday to Friday (start and finish times vary based on business requirements) you will be given the opportunity to express your creative flair, grow your skills and further your career in this stunning high end, busy corporate venue.
About You You will have culinary qualifications with a minimum of 3 yearsâ€™ experience in high end catering or five star restaurant/hotel environments. You will have creative flare that enables you to create bespoke desserts. You will have pride in personal presentation, the ability to work autonomously, with a passion for food and self motivation with an unwavering ability to ensure strict compliance with Sodexoâ€™s HSEQ management program.
