You will be given a warm desk to land with a large portfolio of clients including major enterprises as well as many mid-market and tech start-ups clients that are easy to engage with. We will provide all the direction and training you need to be successful in the Sydney IT market. Sponsorship can be provided. The role Provide recruitment consulting services to ensure successful placement of permanent and contract staff through: Make calls to prospective clients and foster new relationships Development of sourcing strategies Pre-screen candidates over the phone and face to face Look for new business opportunities and further solidify relationships with our existing clients Manage the interview and offer process Benefits and perks Great commission structure - No threshold and earn up to 50%.
