This lecturing position will join our small team of dedicated staff in one of the most rapidly growing areas of the University. You will be required to teach in a range of areas in the dermal program and will need experience in a blended learning environment. A capacity in skin biochemistry and craniofacial anatomy and/or experience in managing wounds, scars, oedema and adipose conditions is desirable.

The applicant will need to be willing to undertake post graduate study, leading to a PhD, with a focus on research related to the dermal sciences. About the Person You will have a background in dermal sciences (or related discipline), with some experience in teaching and academia and will need to have a good understanding of how scientific theories relate to the practice of a dermal clinician. You will work as part of a small team and be flexible in what you are able to do.

Good communication skills and being able to relate to and support students is a must. This role is a great entry to beginning a career as an academic.
