Recruitment Team Leader
Lead and inspire a team of recruiters & resourcer's Grow and build your own desk Join a great team culture What will you be doing? Reporting to the National Manager of the Healthcare division, you will lead and inspire a team of 7 Brisbane Recruitment Consultants/Seniors & Resourcer's. In this role you will meet and exceed your revenue targets and develop strategies to grow the business inline with the company's budgets and objectives. You will be a billing Team Leader and contribute to the teams business development.
You will hit the ground running and help grow the future team. Key Responsibilities Developing your team by providing training, support and coaching Ensure that you set and manage achievable KPIs for yourself and your team to drive key business outcomes Developing client relationships, increasing market share and penetration within existing accounts Business Development strategies and acquiring new accounts Maintain a high level of service to our clients, candidates and internal stakeholders Positively promote the Randstad business and your specialisation within the local business community What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in a Senior Consultant or Team Leader role Experience working in the Healthcare industry would be advantageous You will be an engaging leader, who is solutions focused, who leads from the front Have the ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven record of delivering results, client attraction strategies and quality lead generation.
