Administration Assistant



Working for a large NSW Government Department, this is a 10 month full time temporary assignment. The role is responsible for processing and checking the eligibility of applications while being the first point of contact for all customers. You would be required to provide high level of customer service over the phone and via email.

Key duties include: Checking eligibility of applicants against selection criteria Receive, assess and process applications Manage monies and payments received Data entry to update customer database Provide accurate response to inquires About you: The ideal candidate will have had experience working within a similar position as well as: Strong background within customer service/administrative positions High attention to detail and accuracy Proven experience processing applications and eligibility selection Government experience ideal but not essential Excellent communication skills If you match the criteria and are interested in the position please apply now.
