ABOUT THE COMPANY Established in the early 2000's this clients approach to service delivery and its employee first mentality has meant it has emerged as a key player in the Fire industry, in recent years it has invested heavily in its service division resulting in them winning a number of high profile service contracts. Because of this they have an opening for an experienced Service Coordinator Supervisor to join service team based out of Sydney's inner west. The company has an outstanding retention of staff meaning positions such as this rarely come around.
ABOUT THE ROLE Highly professional individual who has extensive experience as a service coordinator in Sydney. The role will be s c heduling, coordinating and dispatching field technicians in a high pressure environment. The positon will be responsible for three other service coordinators.
This role is vibrant, ever changing and requires someone that can adapt to changing circumstances. The team is very supportive and has great culture with monthly office activities, past experience using Simpro system will be highly regarded. PACKAGE INCLUDES Up to $80,000 Super (depending on past experience) Hours Flexible Progression opportunities - (become account manager) Unique opportunity to work on a high profile client site DUTIES Receive and respond to service requests via phone, email, and the internal database - 60 per day Coordinate up to 350 jobs per month, routine 6 month and annual maintenance for various clients across NSW Ensure all jobs performed are compliant with industry and security standards Uploading reports and test results to client web portals Systems maintenance of the Service Management System (SimPRO) New site setup and asset scheduling On-boarding of new service staff and technicians SimPRO experience will be highly regarded EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous experience working in a service coordinator role in the building services industry (Fire, Air conditioning, Security, Facilities management) Highly developed prioritisation and time management skills Demonstration of a resilient and adaptable attitude to the work place Excellent communications skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION If you are qualified, proud of the service you provide and looking to make your next career move, click apply now or call James on 0299005807 or 0429581828 for a confidential discussion.
