HR Manager



The Company This large healthcare organisation compromises of over 10,000 staff across multiple facilities in QLD. They have recently gone through significant structural change so you will be joining at a time you can really make a difference. About the role This role is a divisional HR Manager supporting operational and executive groups within a region.

Reporting into the Director of HR Services and leading a small team of HR business partners you will work to shape, develop and deliver on people plans and solutions and continue to improve the HR Service to your business group. On a daily basis you will coach leaders in people leadership, including targeted recruitment, performance management, employee relations, grievance management and organisational change. You will also lead on some key projects supporting positive change within the business.

About you You are consultative, resourceful and not afraid of having hard conversations. You are pragmatic and can easily switch between the operational day to day problem solving into the strategic planning and executive coaching. You love the chance to create, coach and improve.
