THE ROLE: As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in running all kitchen operations in this busy, high volume bistro. Reporting to the Head Chef, our successful Sous Chef will be a hands on and be dedicated to the ongoing training and development of the junior team and be a hands on member of the brigade. With strengths in all sections of the kitchen, you will need to have the ability to effectively manage and mentor a productive team of passionate foodies, as well as lead by example at all times.
We need an energetic Chef looking for a long term commitment.
