We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our small team based in Welshpool. It would be highly advantageous for you to have previous recruitment exposure, and an understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics Industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary duties will include, although are not limited to: Sourcing suitable candidates for our clients Phone screening of potential candidates Conducting one on one interviews and reference checking Managing and completing new candidate files Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates Completing and submitting client reports and rosters Preparing and posting job advertisements Assisting candidates with payroll enquiries General administration and database management Staff onsite Inductions To be considered for this position will have: A minimum of 3 years' experience working within the recruitment industry - Preferred Experience working in a demanding and high volume environment Previous FastTrack system experience - Preferred, although not essential Strong communication skills Available to work between the hours of 7:30am to 5:00pm Sound computer knowledge A proactive and positive attitude Exceptional organisational skills This is a fantastic chance to become a part of one of Australia's most successful recruitment companies, which provides excellent training and development opportunities, whilst working in a supportive team environment.
