Marketing Automation Manager



Flight Centre Travel Group are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to implement, administer, and manage adoption and integration of Eloqua across the group. This role will ensure project and business needs are met, with the ultimate outcome of delivering a business process automation tool that increases business profitability and performance. Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of the FCTG Corporate marketing automation platform (Eloqua) in new markets and providing support for established markets, in partnership with the Eloqua Solutions Architect Help drive adoption of Eloqua within FCTG to ensure “One Best Way” for Eloqua Global product champion - maintain expert level product knowledge and establish best practice for implementation, program development and campaign execution Implementation and training of new platform functionality globally Training of new users globally Monitor engagement, usage, functionality fit, errors and issues for functionality involving Eloqua Maintain data & infrastructure integrity with consideration of Eloqua and SalesForce integration Ensure all solutions configured in Eloqua abide by spam and privacy laws of each country in conjunction with the Marketing Manager Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions Gather and document business requirements and solutions Estimate and document project hours (and costs where applicable) Manage stakeholder expectations Configure and maintain project solutions in appropriate system(s) Testing of project solutions and progression through development, staging and production instances Manage vendor relationship in conjunction with Digital Marketing Leader Provide advice to the Digital Marketing Leader for contract negotiation Manage the Eloqua budget and provide budget information as required to Digital Marketing Leader Analyse Eloqua configuration and provide recommendations to Corporate Marketing teams and the business on new projects and improvements to existing functionality Discover, itemize and schedule technical debt clean up/resolution in both systems as pertains to marketing integration Work with Digital Marketing Leader on product roadmap and project priorities Provide monthly reports to each corporate marketing brand The ideal candidate: Demonstrates the ability to work as an integrated partner with the Eloqua Systems architect.
