Great new opportunity for a Digital Solutions Analyst - Assist in developing Technical Solutions for small to medium sized transformation projects About The Company: Our client is a publicly listed Australian company that owns a group of global subsidiaries who are the leading providers of electrical appliances within consumer products industry. Due to recent growth, they are on the lookout for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join their Digital Team on a full-time, permanent basis. About The Role: Working as a member of the Digital Team based just south of Sydney's CBD, the Digital Solutions Analyst will primarily be responsible for working closely with various business units to collect, translate, develop and implement a wide range of technical solutions for small to medium sized digital transformation projects.

This position would be ideally suited for a Junior BA with an interest or background working on Digital Projects, or an Application Support Analyst who would like to transition in to a more BA focussed role. Further responsibilities this position will look after includes: Translating business requirements, ideas and plans into a structured technical business case to outline objectives, requirements and options Prioritising user stories taking into account estimated effort involved and ensuring scope has been agreed with all relevant stakeholders Managing all communications (ie. Project status) ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware and ensuring the correct cadence for communications is taken into account Developing and defining solutions based on the user stories / business requirements that have been gathered (development of potential solutions rather than a full technical design) Looking at and researching external solutions if internal solutions do not exist (taking responsibility for the deliverables, timings, coordination and budget of any external vendors used) Assisting with delivery and implementation of developed solutions adopting an Agile approach (breaking down deliverables in to phases) Documenting all project stages (utilising Confluence and other collaboration tools) Working with relevant teams to transition learnings and completed projects into existing support streams Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline Technical certifications pertaining to database, development, cloud or business analysis would be highly regarded Proven experience collecting business requirements and translating them in to technical solutions Proven experience maintaining business expectations and scoping for projects Previous experience with conceptual solution design, process design and documentation Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience (with IT and Non-IT staff) Experience working with Project Management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) Previous experience working with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI, and SharePoint Online would be highly regard.
