HR Systems and Workforce reporting
The Manager, HR Systems & Workforce Reporting is responsible for leading and managing the HR systems and the interface management of the Business Process Outsource Providers. This role will support the delivery of HR systems that reflect best practice, governance and statutory compliance to meet the business demands. This role is the pivotal point regarding technical change control and delivery between the business and the BPO Providers.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of the human resources systems in addition to identifying, shaping and implementing improvements to the automation of workflows and improvements of these systems. Oversee the analytics and reporting functions, including working with key stakeholders to identify data trends and identify actionable insights to improve business outcomes. Manage the Business Process Outsourcing Supplier's performance and interface management to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of system including the resolution of complex performance issues.
Work as a member of the HR management team to ensure effective and efficient management of the HR Systems in accordance with the values and strategic direction of the organization. Lead and facilitate initiatives and processes designed to improve and strengthen the HR Systems project management and change management capability. Identify and maintain best practice methodology for project management; establish a best practice management model for the delivery of programs and projects including policies and guidelines for the HR Systems.
The ideal candidate will have:- Extensive experience in the management of human resource systems ideally including SAP HRIS and HCMS Success Factors where your experience will include design, development, delivery and evaluation of strategies and programs. Demonstrated superior conceptual, analytical thinking and research skills and experience in complex data analysis. Demonstrated high- level skills and extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation.
Highly developed organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership, computer, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
