What weâ€™re looking for? Reporting in to the Head of Remuneration and Benefits, we currently are seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Specialist to become an integral member of the Remuneration and Benefits team. Key responsibilities in this role will include; Research, design and implement benefit programs that enhances employee engagement in line with companyâ€™s values Conduct analysis in accordance with the companyâ€™s reward strategy Manage and build relationships with external providers Work with relevant business partners to improve and maintain policies to companyâ€™s overall EVP Ensure that the reward & recognition program flows seamlessly into key company events Manage the service recognition program for all team members About You To be successful in securing this role, you will have a background working previously in reward and benefits and possess the following skills and experience; Undergraduate qualifications in HR (ideally) and/or experience working in a rem and benefits team Experience applying and managing benefits, reward & recognition across a medium to large sized company Ability to apply benefits, reward & recognition concepts across all levels of management Strong project management skills and excel skills plus experience with reporting and analysing data Ability to work to tight deadlines and is comfortable working in an autonomous capacity Have high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and multitask Benefits You will be afforded autonomy and accountability in your role and have access to development opportunities across both Kmart and the Wesfarmers Group, excellent remuneration, inclusion in company bonus scheme & access to Wesfarmers share plan (both for eligible team members), free parking and benefits program including a discount card for Kmart, Coles, Target and Officeworks.
