Reintegration Support Worker
Centacare Kimberley Association Inc has been contracted by the Western Australian Department of Justice to deliver a Reintegration Support Service across the West Kimberley through service centres based in Broome and Derby. This service aims to provide structured social support services to people leaving prison and returning to their home towns and communities located throughout the West Kimberley. The position is focused on supporting the Dynamic Criminogenic needs of Clients who have been referred by the Department of Justice.
The role of a Reintegration Support Worker is to utilise a person-centred case management framework to engage with people and to work with a broad range of community services so as to support program participants to achieve tailored gaols designed to enable them to seamlessly reintegrate back into community and society. Applicants should have experience and/or qualifications in community services or a related area. Aboriginal people with this experience are encouraged to apply.
