The Role You will be employed under a high performing & well established agent.This agent is seeking someone that shows initiative, is positive, upbeat and will help him excel even further Personality is extremely important, this agent is happy to train provided attitude is on point. Daily duties include Organise timing and set up Weekend Open Homes Adding all buyers from online enquiries open homes phone calls into MyDesktop and MailChimp Maintaining social media profile Updating internal and office sales boards Generating various MyDesktop reports where required by Agent Keep track of Calls Left each quarter and keep Agent accountable Filter through Daily Reports by Callers and update Hot/Warm/Pipeline list and Appraisals list on Google Sheets Ensure office and desks are tidy at all times Ensure settlement gifts stock is at a reasonable level and matches or exceeds number of settlements at all times Monitor online sales for settlement gifts Booking appointments reschedules and managing calendar for Agent where required Benefits Up to $50K Super (pro rata) (dependent on experience) Great opportunity to learn from a successful agent and mentor Well-established and great reputation Modern systems and procedures - you will be learning from the best Team events and awards Requirements Currently hold QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Excellent computing skills and attention to detail Outstanding organisation and time management Ability to deliver high end customer service to guests, owners and tenants Immaculate presentation Opportunities with this agency do not become available often so if interested we encourage you to apply immediately.
