Your new role will have you working on both exciting projects and BAU activities within an empowering work environment. This organisation offers fast paced, challenging work with a collaborative culture second to none Responsibilities : Hands on role which you will need to gather, validate and articulate business needs and requirements alongside leadership activities Use your knowledge of Agile environments to ensure adoption and increase Agile maturity in your team Uplift and mentor your team of Business Analysts and junior staff Use your expert communication and people skills to move roadblocks and conduct role responsibilities such as performance reviews Be highly experienced in process analysis, consulting and workshop facilitation Be an expert in communicating and collaborating with tricky stakeholders & SME’s Experience: Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience Desired Experience using Agile in enterprise environments 2 years of private industry experience 5 years in a Business Analyst role Previous experience in a large ASX organisation ideal Proven delivery track record and references Experience in working with geographically distributed teams Please apply to register your interest or contact Lawrence Mckenzie at Talenza.
