About the opportunity Registered Nurse opportunities available working across both residential & community aged care services within the Central highlands region of QLD, permanent part time contracts available, working across a 7 day roster.

Within a service that offers high, low and Dementia specific care to its residents/clients, you will utilise your strong clinical skill set providing a high level of person centred care.
Duties Provide clinical care to residents/clients in line with care plans set Evaluate & make clinical decisions Assess, review & update resident/client care plans Support & educate care team members Support Care Manager to fulfil ACFI requirements Skills and Experience AHPRA Registered Nurse with Australian experience Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills Passion for providing high quality care Knowledge of ACFI funding and documentation Experience with care team motivation & leadership Current unrestricted driving licence Flexibility to support both services Culture Dynamic & resident focused management & care team, with opportunities for further personal development.
