An exciting and new opportunity for a Administrator/Receptionist to join an Accounting Firm in the Inner Eastern suburbs. A great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a boutique Accounting Firm in the Inner Eastern suburbs. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients as well as providing administrative support to a team of Accountants.

The firm are looking for somebody to come on board working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls Meeting and greeting clients Booking meetings and in house catering Register incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage client matters Collating client documents Update and maintain the database Liaise with government bodies such as the ATO ASIC matters when required Skills & experience: Must have previous experience as a Receptionist preferably within professional services.
