An interesting & exciting opportunity to oversee the overall strategy & asset performance across the portfolio The Role Working for a diversified property investment & development industry leader, the role of the Investment Manager will be vital within the business. With responsibility for the effective and efficient management of a portfolio of commercial real estates and providing strategic advice the role offers the ability to work within a fast moving and exciting industry for a company who prides itself on being the best. Your r esponsibilities may include, but not limited to: Be responsible for the effective and efficient management of a portfolio of commercial real estates and provide strategic advice Be responsible for providing asset management and operational advice including the negotiation, recommendation and formal completion of property leasing transactions Implementing the property investment strategies and business plan Monitoring actual and budgeted performance of current property investments Prepare and maintain income and expenditure and Capex budgets for assigned portfolio, perform monthly analysis and quarterly review with HQ Assist in development of policies to protect the company against property investment risk What youâ€™ll need to succeed: 8 yearsâ€™ relevant experiences in commercial real estate industry Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline preferred Sound knowledge of asset strategic overview, capacity to add value and act as a supervising agent Sound negotiation skills Excellent attention to details Excellent communication skills Be a great portfolio analyst or junior asset manager looking to step up To apply, please click the link below or email: lsolankigoughrecruitment.
