The Role Reporting to the Logistics and Transport Manager, the Delivery Expeditor is responsible for determining expediting priorities for all inventory purchasing through direct communication with vendors and contractor support staff. This will be a Brisbane based role with travel to Condabri, Miles.

Key Responsibilities Determining expediting priorities Managing Customer expectations Challenging suppliers for best service and pricing Monitoring Logistics teams for agreed DIFOTS Leading business for quality and assurance Contact suppliers to provide confirmations and updates Log details of expediting arrangements and changing priorities. Review current process and develop new processes where there are opportunities for improvement Take personal responsibility for the safety of self and others at work Ensure that all work is performed safely and that an ongoing commitment to safety is maintained including proactive actions to identify and reduce workplace hazards Skills & Experience Very strong written and verbal skills Logistics Co-ordinator, Supply-chain or International customs backgrounds highly regarded Strong understanding of Supply Chain Experience in expediting inventory through complex supply chain Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills Product knowledge, ideally with experience in the transport and logistics industry and offshore oil and gas experience Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite, plus related ERP’s for material management or similar Excellent attention to detail focus Develop and manage budgeting expectations Working at Toll At Toll, we’re proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
