We are looking for our first eCommerce Trading & Optimisation Specialist within our ANZ region who can proactively engage with clients in a client facing consultancy role. Analysing and drawing insights from qualitative and quantitative data to inform project roadmaps, coordinating with development and design teams to deliver excellent results for existing and prospective customers that will enable them to grow their online offering, generating revenue and improving customer experience and profitability. Actively supporting the Head of Trading and Optimisation with the Trading Optimisation strategy that can create sustainable mid-term sales and profitability for the Tryzens group through repeat client custom Proactively seek opportunities to offer client optimisation strategy, conversion improvements and provide expert online retail advice for new and existing clients Ensure client services are following best practice and aligned with current industry trends Key Responsibilities: Provide clients with clear visibility of the expected return on investment for each proposed change enabling more educated business decision making Support clients in building their business case to gain buy in and sign-off from the wider business Lead the future recommendations element of the Customer Quarterly Service Review to ensure the content is relevant to the client and is aligned with the customer business strategy Drive and help shape the client’s eCommerce roadmap and offer recommendations and advice on ways to achieve their strategic goals Review clients sites with a focus on customer journey supported by data to make recommendations on how improvements can be made to increase conversion Review and understand client inbound traffic generation methods and how the quality of this traffic impacts conversion rates Keep up to date with the latest eCommerce industry trends and solutions and market influences Make frequent contributions to the Tryzens blog that will include relevant and up to date content.
