An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate & motivated sales person to join a highly reputable building materials supplies business About the role The position of Territory Sales Manager NSW is at the forefront of business development and client liaison for the Company. The aim of the role is to generate sales within their current customer base of key distributors & grow through other markets. This key person will be calling on existing customers, as well as generating new business on a regular basis.

Career progression and state management is on offer for the right individual that has a passion for sales and driving business. Duties Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Implement business strategy to ensure continuous growth within the industrial division Educate distributors on products and sales techniques that can be used to increase overall sales figures Identify new business through market research Regional travel Implement call rotations in a monthly and quarterly cycle Meet and ultimately exceed set KPI's Skills and Experience Experience in selling to re-sellers and distributors within the building materials or industrial supplies industry Proven and practical knowledge of industrial / consumable products / fasteners within those industries High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support Strong negotiation ability with effective knowledge & understanding of sales revenue and gross profit performances associated with selling A keen desire to develop new business, reach set targets and goals Self-motivated & have the ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner Benefits Fantastic base salary fully maintained vehicle lucrative commission structure Highly autonomous role with great work life balance A market leading business with a leading product About the company Our client is a well established and highly successful building materials supply business who have established themselves as one of the clear market leaders in their field.
