Our client is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join them at their Brisbane CBD location for a contract that initially runs through until 20 March 2020. The Agile Scrum Master will drive & facilitate agile ceremonies and sprints to assist with the upgrade of our client's website and Sitecore Content Management System (CMS).

The objective of the upgrade project will be to deliver a modern user interface accessible on all devices and will offer publishers a simple streamlined process to publish content to the website. The Sitecore CMS will be upgraded from version 8.2 to 9.

1 and will utilise Sitecore Helix development guidelines Deliverables Perform workshop planning & execution, Business context and Requirements gathering; Assist in estimating for Delivery Phase, resource planning and development of flight plan and milestones; Organize & facilitate agile ceremonies including IPM (Sprint planning) / Standups / Retros / Backlog refinement / Showcases; Create & Maintain Azure DevOps Boards for Project, Iteration Reporting; Monitor & report on all project activities for status & completion; Facilitation of deployment release plans, attend and facilitate workshops as necessary; Identify & manage RAIDS (risks, assumptions, Issues, dependencies) constraints; Delivery of project artefacts as required; Identify improvement opportunities; Ensuring Project artefacts & governance activities are completed as necessary; and Facilitation of knowledge transfer as required to the BAU support team. Mandatory Skills Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills, facilitation, consultative and communication skills with proven ability to influence outcomes; Highly developed in verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels of an organization including liaising with a wide range of diverse IT & business stakeholders; Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, requirements and work breakdown analysis, and user story development; Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and alignment with IT project life cycle and the ability to bring 'fresh' ideas to the team. Five years of experience in delivering IT projects via the agile methodology; Experience in applying project methodology and supporting Project Managers and teams in identifying and managing risks and issues (blockers); and Experience in using Azure DevOps (TFS) and SharePoint.

Highly Desirable Skills Agile Scrum master certification; Understanding of CI / CD pipeline; Experienced in Microsoft Project; and Experience working on CMS based website redevelopment projects. For more information please email Renee Clayton (renee.claytonuandu.
