Environmental Planner/ Scientist

Your responsibilities as a member of our Environmental Management team will include: assisting senior staff with the management and coordination of projects through liaison with clients client and project management of small and medium portfolios assisting with the management of inputs from field and graduate level staff identifying appropriate environmental assessment requirements to support project approvals preparing technical environmental reports; and contributing and discussing with the broader team for proactive resolution of environmental constraints.

You will have, as a minimum, a recognised tertiary qualification in Science or Environmental Planning and have at least 3 years' relevant experience. As the successful candidate, you will possess: knowledge on Commonwealth, State and Local Government environmental legislation policy guidelines; excellent communication skills (both written and oral); the ability to work in a team environment; a willingness to participate in field investigations, survey, and monitoring if necessary, and intermediate (at minimum) skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
