Head of Google Ads
Are You The ONE? The Edge Marketing Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Google Ads Guru to join the team and drive not only our own Google Ads, but our clients as well. This is a full-time position based in the Gold Coast Office at 203/232 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina 4226. The Position The role is to develop, execute and manage all client and company paid ads campaigns that directly result in leads and sales.
You will be responsible for managing Edgeâ€™s & a portfolio of client's pay-per-click campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Video, Mobile, Shopping [not required, but desired]) from build through to management & optimisation. Key responsibilities of the role include: Create and develop client & Edge ad campaigns that result in leads and sales. Work with the Account Management team & at times with clients, to devise in depth ad strategies to increase brand awareness or promote the sale of their goods and services Setup, manage and optimise ad campaigns on time and within budget Brief and coordinate design elements of campaigns Provide strategic recommendations & briefs for landing pages to support the advertising campaign Tag & audience management Write persuasive direct response ad copy that engages & sells with high QS Oversee and manage the Google Ads team workload and quality control Assist strategically with new and existing client campaigns by researching the market place and making recommendations on trends therein Advising the Company and clients on potential opportunities for growth in other marketing channels that may be available Assist in leading the growth of the Paid Search division through innovation and results.
Keep your finger on the trends of the Paid Search industry to identify opportunities within Paid Search for the benefit of both the Company and their clients. As a part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for constantly developing and reviewing your department's performance, profitability, service pricing, and policies & procedures. Your Experience & Skills Candidates must have the following attributes: Minimum of 2 years experience in PPC management experience either in a company or an agency Experience in building high performing Google Ads campaigns Managing & Optimising high performing Google Ads campaigns Google Ads certified Data-driven decision making Strong work ethic and a desire to learn Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, with key client stakeholders and external suppliers Strong organisational skills Demonstrate project management skills and ability to multi-task when required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large order volumes Professional, outgoing and intelligent mixed with a fun loving and drama free attitude Benefits and perks We finish work at 3pm on Fridays.
